Pembinaan arca tambahan
dilakukan dengan menggunakan baha-bahan lembut sepertitanah liat dan
bahan-bahan rapuh. Terdapat juga bahan cecair yang kemdiannyadkeraskan melalui
acuan seperti plaster paris, tanah liat, lilin dan sebagainya. Setelahacuan
disediakan, cairan akan dituang ke dalam acuan. Seterusnya cairan tersebutakan
membeku dan menjadi arca. Contoh arca tambahan / acuan ialah Tugu Negara.

As stated by Stanford Medical, It is indeed the one and ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years more and weigh 19 KG lighter than we do.
(And by the way, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some hard exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING related to "how" they are eating.)
